Create test suite based on qemu + qmp

I had to modify the linux kernel for airgap os:

activated the following flags:

CONFIG_VIRTIO_MENU=y
CONFIG_VIRTIO_PCI=y

modified config file (using menuconfig)

Turns out we don't really need the py library, and bats is enough. Currently putting together a harness for running tests.
