Add `taproot::SerializedSignature`
Previously `taproot::Signature` could be only serialized into `Vec<u8>` which forced allocation. This adds a `SerializedSignature` type which acts like `Box<u8>` but is on stack. Note: the code was copied from `secp256k1::ecdsa::serialized_signature` with minimal changes.

//! Serialized Taproot signatures have the issue that they can have different lengths.
