Change `Deref::Target` of `TaprootMerkleBranchBuf` 

`TaprootMerkleBranchBuf` previously derefed to a slice which lost the
information about length being valid. This commit changes the type
which, while API-breaking, is not disruptive because the type has API
very similar to slice.
