It has turned out that the `rust-ordered` crate and it's `ArbitraryOrd` trait are only useful for locktimes and only marginally useful for them at best. This crate provides primitive data types that are used throughout the

ecosystem.
Semver compliance

This library should always compile with any combination of features on Rust 1.63.0.
