Fix expecting string for amount types 
According to the `serde` docs:

> This is used in error messages. The message should complete the
> sentence “This Visitor expects to receive …”, for example the message
> could be “an integer between 0 and 64”. The message should not be
> capitalized and should not end with a period.

Use a lower case character to start the string.

Bitcoin Units

This crate provides basic Bitcoin numeric units such as Amount.

Minimum Supported Rust Version (MSRV)

This library should always compile with any combination of features on Rust 1.63.0.

The code in this project is licensed under the Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal license. We use the SPDX license list and SPDX IDs.
