Created a new `XOnlyPublicKey` struct that wraps `secp256k1::XOnlyPublicKey` 2. Implemented custom error types: - `ParseXOnlyPublicKeyError` for handling parsing errors - `TweakXOnlyPublicKeyError` for tweaking an `XOnlyPublicKey` 3. Updated all imports and usage throughout the codebase 4.
