Set avoid-breaking-exported-api to false 
These lints are valuable, lets get at em.

Changes are API breaking but because the changes make functions consume
self for types that are `Copy` downstream should not notice the breaks.

Bitcoin Units

This crate provides basic Bitcoin numeric units such as Amount.

Minimum Supported Rust Version (MSRV)

This library should always compile with any combination of features on Rust 1.63.0.
