We think this founction should be included in the psbt module, we submit this PR. Some context and discussion about this PR can be found here: #2418. For this PR, mostly two new functions are introduced: - `bip32_sign_schnorr`: sign a taproot input. - `sighash_taproot`: calculate the sighash message to sign a taproot input along with the sighash type.
