The "Preparing SD Cards" section of the provisioner doc specifies that all SD cards should be formatted to ext4, but what about for digital camera use? Are those SD cards considered as part of this?

Hmm good point, we could use exFAT or FAT32. I defaul to ext4 for its nice features but it's unlikely to work with digital cameras.
