The "Setup Steps" for AirgapOS instruct the user to run make reproduce, but this is currently failing due to digest mismatches.

The ["Setup Steps" for AirgapOS](https://git.distrust.co/public/docs/src/commit/57faca72fdb54682ca119f41c3250eee8cf7c795/quorum-key-management/src/one-time-use-airgapos.md#setup-steps) instruct the user to run `make reproduce`, but this is currently failing due to digest mismatches.

@scjudd and I established that something changed in the digests so we are going to commit a new set of sigs. The repo is still deterministic, there must have been a change introduced at some point and the digests were not updated.
