We need to determine for a given target which workflow we have to take, and show sources on why we believe a given flow is possible, favoring the following approaches in order of preference:

  • Generate/verify/sign w/ airgap, broadcast online
  • Generate online, verify/sign w/ airgap, broadcast online
  • Generate online, verify/sign w/ ledger, broadcast online
  • Generate/verify/sign/broadcast online
