Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
M-of-N signatures for derivation requests. TODO: implement authorized derivation, and implement default derivation requests as 1-of-1.
Additional: Pass through a public key to encrypt the resulting private key to. Pass the new key to a different enclave.
