Add docstrings to the generated Client ( #295 )

- Add docstring to the `Client`, based on the OpenAPI title and
description, if provided.
- Add docstrings to the constructors and getters shared by all generated
clients.
- Update expectorate tests.
- Small typo-fix in README.
