The LCG16807 MINSTD RAND0 algorithm can generate all-zero private keys at certain seeding edge case positions. This happens both in the analyzed "A" and "B" consumption pattern variant, and this special wallet is therefore present in both ranges and victim lists, where not specially removed from the collections.
