Note: This change is not the full wizard that we will be recommending to users. This wizard is intended to run in an insecure environment, with keys that are known valid beforehand. We will recommend to others to generate their keys using Keyfork such that we can ensure secure key generation and create Pinfiles to support automated encryption of location smartcard PINs.
